A bit of bumpy weather to start the weekend, but Fall is finally in the air and this will prove to be a great weekend to just get outside and enjoy our community this weekend! There’s lots going on so I hope to see you around the neighborhood!
The City of Tampa is finally having their 13th annual Octoberfest celebration all through the weekend. Tampa’s downtown Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park will be transformed into the city’s largest, waterfront biergarten. Cold beer, German (& other) food vendors and a bit of live music will fill the park. They tap the inaugural keg on Friday! Doors open from 11am thru 11pm Tickets start at $7. This is a family/dog friendly event, but you have to be 21+ to be served. FORD’s 5th ANNUAL TASTE OF LATINO
2023 Florida Hispanic Heritage Month Events & Celebrations includes the Taste Latin Food, Wine, Art & Music Festival happening Saturday from 12pm-6pm in Centennial Park Ybor! Bring your lawn chair & enjoy! A beautiful day filled with LIVE Music and Dance performances! Closing Ceremony for 2023 Hispanic Heritage season, TOP Latino Chef Contest, and 2023 Florida Latino & Latina Lideres will be recognized and awarded on Stage! LOT’S of food, dance music and family entertainment offered throughout the day. Open to the public.
THE HEIGHTS DISTRICT ANNUAL FALL FEST
It’s time for the Armature Works family friendly Fall Festival! The spectacular riverfront pumpkin patch and festive autumn treats give participants all the fall feels! The festival now spans two weekends in October (14th-15th and 21st-22nd), and features live music performances and activities for the whole family. Hours are 12pm-5pm each day. Some children activities require tickets for purchase, but otherwise free to the public!
