Well the Buc’s are in the playoffs, and the year has begun! The weather continues to be schizophrenic, but it should be nice enough during the days throughout the weekend! I’m definitely checking out some of the markets this weekend. If you get a chance, stop down at King State on Floribraska for a coffee or snack! Those guys need our help! COMMON DIALECT BEERWORKS ANNIVERSARY
A little over a year ago Michael & Kendra Conze decided to open a new brewery and entertainment venue in the Heights. Securing the perfect spot at 5023 N Florida they opened the brewery & taproom they opened their doors and have become known for rotating food trucks, cool events, and a pet-friendly environment! They have consistently given back to the community and are hosting the upcoming Heights Unites music festival. Show up for a beer, some music & help them celebrate all weekend! Here’s to many more years to come!

Second Sunday Market + Art Walk – Armature Works – 11am-3pm Features local market of artisanal makers and merchants selling handmade goods, jewelry, apothecary, candles, apparel, and more. Also, art from local and regional artists.
Seminole Heights Sunday Market – Hillsborough High Campus – 10am-2pm – This market features producers, artists and makers who sell unique items local to Tampa Bay. There are food vendors, food trucks and live music. It’s also dog friendly!

Gangchu on Nebraska is trying something new this Sunday between 4pm-5:30pm with a Clean Comedy Open Mic event. Guests can get priority seating by searching for Gangcu on Eventbrite.com. Open seating after 3:30pm.Stop in Sunday afternoon for some chicken, beer & a good laugh!
