Rain, rain go away! It looks like we dodged a Red Tsunami & a Hurricane all in one week! The weather this weekend should be epic. RIVER TOWER MUSIC FESTIVAL
After a 2 year pandemic hiatus this community focused event has returned to the Heights! The festival is Saturday and runs between 1pm-10pm. There are nine awesome bands scheduled to play including Tampa Americana favorites Have Gun Will Travel, Rebeka Pulley & Will Quinlan. Emerging acts Boycott & Navin Ave as well as other great acts will perform as well!

The inaugural concert raised a considerable amount of money and was influential in some action being taken by the city to maintain the Tower, and it is hopeful that this event will have as beneficial an impact for this city treasure. Also, many remember that the event was… COLD & windy. This Saturday is predicted to be some of the best weather of the year! Tickets are on sale for $15 ( +service fee) @ www.RiverTowerFest.org or $20 at the door! 

VM YBOR 10th HOME TOUR
Touted as a “not so typical” home tour which features 8 eclectic, diverse and historic properties throughout the V.M. Ybor community. The self guided tour starts at the Cuscaden Pool, 2900 N 15th on Sunday starting at 4pm. Tickets are $15 advance & $20 on Sunday. BREWS & BLUES CONCERT
Armature Works is hosting the inaugural Brews & Blues Concert on Saturday starting at 5pm. More than a dozen local and national breweries will be represented. The music is free & performed by local bands Resident Barefoot, Branson Welsh Band and Kid Royal and the Holy Smokes. UNICORNS UNITE 5
Looking for a local  family friendly music and artists festival? Check out Unicorns Unite 5 this weekend from Thursday thru Sunday at 21509 Glory Rd Lutz, FL 33549. RIVERWALK INTERNATIONAL FOOD & ART FESTIVAL
Street food, art & other types of vendors will be offering their wares over Saturday & Sunday In Water Works Park this weekend! Grounds will be open to the public from 11am to 5pm each day!
