Riverside Heights is a quint mainly residential neighborhood nestled in the southwest side of the Heights community. Its borders are the MLK Blvd to the north, N Boulevard to the east, Columbus Ave to the south and the Hillsborough River to the west. Ridgewood Park is a little pocket neighborhood just to the south and is contained by N Boulevard, Palm Ave and the Hillsborough River. They are both centrally located within The Heights, and with close proximity to all of the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment that our community offers.

There are 4 city parks located within Riverside Heights that offer ample dog walking and recreational opportunities. Ridgewood Park has a linear park which extends north to south through the neighborhood. This park is wonderfully landscaped and offers a quiet and beautiful respite within the city.

The Riverside Heights Civic Association and the Ridgewood Park Neighborhood Association both serve their residents, businesses and friends with established community organizations and neighborhood watch initiatives.
